United States based Nigerian journalist, Laolu Akande, has recalled the moment he organized and participated in an interview between then United Nations Secretary-General, Kofi Annan and Guardian Newspapers executives and editors.
Spokesperson to former vice president, Yemi Osinbajo, did this in a throwback picture posted via his Instagram page, which was taken on February 2nd, 2006.
In the post, Akande noted that besides Annan and himself, other notable personalities at the interview included former Managing Director of The Guardian, Emeka Izeze, former Editorial Board Chairman, Dr. Ruben Abati and former Editor of The Guardian and now Nigeria’s Ambassador to Togo, Mr. Debo Adesina.
