Aisha Buhari assures women of fair representation

Nigerian women have been assured that President Muhammadu Buhari would respect the 35% affirmation for women in his appointments.
The assurance was given by the wife of the President, Aisha Buhari in Umuahia during the distribution of cartons of tomato to women of the All Progressives Congress [APC] in Abia State.
Mrs Buhari urged them not to relent in their support for the federal government, stressing that there is hope for Nigerian women in the new dispensation.
The wife of the President also urged women to be patient with the President, saying Buhari intends to lay solid foundation for a society of which every one would be proud.
