Air Peace and Medview expand their routes from December 7, with Peace launching return flight between Abuja and Uyo, and Medview taking its inaugural flight from Lagos, via Abuja to Dubai.

A statement signed by the carrier’s Corporate Communications Manager, Mr. Chris Iwarah said new flights, Air Peace said, will complement its Lagos-Uyo-Lagos service and afford members of the flying public more options to choose from in making their business and leisure trips.

The carrier said the new service was in response to the yearnings of air travellers for on-time, consistent and reliable flights on the Abuja-Uyo-Abuja route.

The airline assured that its new flights will cater for the huge demand for air travel on the route in the run-up to Christmas and give flyers confidence in planning their schedules.

Meanwhile, Medview  CEO, Muneer Bankole in a statement on Sunday commended the Federal Ministry of Transportation (Aviation), government parastatals, travel agencies and passengers who have keyed into the airline inaugural flight.

He assured that the carrier was committed to a dedicated service on the route.

He said the airline is putting up all-inclusive package deals for traders, business travellers and tourists.

Activities lined up for the inaugural flight include a brief ceremony at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport and in Dubai, the airline will host the business and the Diplomatic communities to a dinner.
