Air Force targets 5,000 for medical outreach in Sokoto

Nigerian Air Force has held a free medical outreach at Madorawa Community in Sokoto, with a target of 5,000 people.

Commander 119 Composite Group, Nigerian Air Force Sokoto, Group Captain Muhammad Adamu Garba flagged off the exercise at the community where free test for different ailments such as malaria, HIV,

Hepatitis, eye problems were carried and drugs, as well as eye glasses provided.

Speaking the Commander said “the NAF under the leadership of Chief of Air Staff AM SB Abubakar has provided quality medical services for underprivileged and vulnerable population through health outreach programmes and humanitarian efforts throughout the country.”

He disclosed: “In keeping with this and in commemoration of the NAF’s 55th Anniversary, the 119 Composite Group found it appropriated to conduct this year’s outreach at Madorawa community.”
