The Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation has awarded scholarship to 580 undergraduates.
The Managing Director/CEO of the foundation, Engr Abubakar Gambo Umar, said this in Abuja when he led the management team to the Corporate Headquarters of Media Trust Limited (publishers of Daily Trust newspapers) on a courtesy visit.

“A total of 580 undergraduate have been awarded scholarship of N100,000 grant annually over the duration of their programme.
“An evaluation of the programme undertaken in 2016 indicates that 46% of those who completed their programmes graduated with first class or second-class upper division,” Umar said.
Acting Chief Executive Officer, Media Trust Limited, Malam Nura Daura, who received the delegation, pledged continuous support of the company to the ideals of the foundation and national development.
