The Springfield Agro Company has trained 68 mechanics and tractors operators from eight states of the federation on tractors repair in Kaduna State. The training, which was free, was to develop the capacity of the mechanics and other participants on modern techniques and how to repair tractor machines to boost commercial agriculture in the country.
The Business Head, Springfield Agro Mahindra Tractors Division in Nigeria, Minaj Ramakrishnan, said Nigeria needs tractors mechanics, hence the need for the training.

In his remark, the Training Manager of the company, Engineer Salihu Muhammad Dada, hinted that the 68 beneficiaries were drowned from eight states of the federation, stressing that at the end, they are expected to train others in their respective states.
