The All Progressives Congress (APC) has endorsed Alhassan Ado Doguwa as the majority leader of the House of Representatives.
The National Chairman of the party, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, yesterday said that the decision of the leadership of the House not to fill the vacant position when Doguwa’s election was nullified was an indication that his colleagues were optimistic that he would be re-elected.
Oshiomhole said this when Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje led APC members in National Assembly to pay him a solidarity visit.
Doguwa was re-elected at the re-run election conducted on Saturday to continue to represent the people of Doguwa /Tudunwada federal constituency of Kano State.
