The The Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) has deleted a template it had earlier published in regard to an increase in the retail price of petrol.
In the template, the agency had fixed the pump price of petrol from between N186 and N212 per litre.

The template showed that the retail price of petrol would sell for between N209.61 and N212. 61 at market band. Independent Marketers usually sell at the upper band.
With depot price standing at N206.42 per litre, the March template showed that the landing cost for petrol per litre is N189.61.

The reason this link was yanked off is still unknown. But it came against the backdrop of the outrage over the increase in the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS).
