DJ Cuppy, popular disc jockey and daughter of Nigerian businessman, Femi Otedola, has indicated her intent to advance her educational pursuit by aiming for a degree in architecture. 

The DJ revealed her motives via her Twitter account as she posted; “Thinking of going back to university again to study architecture.”

Cuppy has gained the title of being a philomath as she is known to have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree and two Masters degrees.

The music producer graduated from Kings College London in 2014 with a degree in Business and Economics.

She also received a master’s degree in Music Business from New York University in 2015; and in October 2021, she enrolled and pursued a master’s degree in African Studies at the University of Oxford.

Asides from her flare for learning, DJ Cuppy has gained several achievements and has embarked on major artistry projects. She is also a philanthropist.

In 2019, the artiste released a hit single “Gelato” featuring Zlatan. Also, in 2020 she released her debut album called “Original Copy” an album where she featured stars like Rema, Fireboy DML, Nonso Amadi, Teni, SeyiShay, Ms Banks, Ycee, StoneBwoy and a few others.

In February 2021, she partnered with Apple Music to launch its first radio presentation in Africa.

More so, in September 2021, Cuppy was declared open as one of the cast members for the Channel 4 reality TV show, High Life, a show which focuses on the careers of British West Africans.  In January 2022, Cuppy was declared as one of the hosts of BBC Radio 1Xtra’s breakfast shows for Sunday programs.
