Chief Emeka Anyaoku has stated that Africa needs leaders who are knowledgeable in solving the governance issues facing the continent.
The elder statesman, in a congratulatory message to Prof. Kingsley Moghalu, on his appointment as the pioneer president of the Kigali-based ASG, said the institute was established at the right time, when the continent was facing erosion of trust in democratic governance.
He said Moghalu, who has a rich experience garnered while in the service of the United Nations and the Central Bank of Nigeria, would successfully steer the new institution towards achieving its very worthy objectives.
“Congratulations on your appointment announced yesterday as the pioneer President of the new African School of Governance (ASG) to be located in Kigali.
