The police have arraigned a 65-year-old man, Adaralegbe Kolawole, who stood as surety for one Eyebiokin Segun at the Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrate Court.

The police prosecutor, Inspector Johnson Okunade, told the court on Monday that by allowing Segun, whom Kolawole stood surety for to escape, he has committed an offence punishable under Section 126(1) of the Criminal Code, Cap. C16, Laws of Ekiti State, 2012.
