He said he demonstrated his dancing hobby even while in the Senate and his critics said he could not debate or make any meaningful contributions in the Senate, saying, “but I surprised them. I am now.”

Adeleke said he would have been a musician but said he is happy his nephew, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido is doing well in that space.

He said the people of Osun State should express more good governance from him.

He said, “A lot of people who have been thinking that I may not be a good governor because I dance, they are now dancing, all of them are now dancing because that is my strength.

“I am not a pretender. I am US trained, I went to school, I don’t pretend and when it comes to my work, you need to see me.

“I am underrated. Now they know they cannot underrate me anymore because I have shown them what I get, I have shown them what I can do for my people, I have shown them good governance and more good things are coming.”
