Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State swore in new members of the state’s Boards and Commissions.
The swearing-in took place on Thursday, at the Banquet Hall, Government House, Yola.
The Governor charged them to shun corruption and embrace transparency and accountability.
Fintiri reiterated his administration’s commitment to addressing economic challenges and urged the appointees to align with his eight-point agenda.
He emphasized the need for progress, inclusivity, and good governance.
The Chairman of the Civil Service Commission, Barrister Musa Kaibo, thanked the Governor on behalf of the appointees, assuring that they will justify the confidence in them.
The Attorney General, Barrister Afraimu Jingi, administered the oath of office and allegiance to the new chairmen and members.
