Thousands of commuters were on Monday left stranded across Ogun, Oyo and Niger states as EndSARS protesters took over major roads to continue their protests.
In Ogun State, Daily Trust reports that from Abeokuta to Ijebu-Ode, Sagamu, Sango-Ota, and Mowe, the protests halted vehicular movement, leaving road users stranded.
Daily Trust reports that members of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in the state also joined the protest in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital, to block the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
In Niger State, commuters were left stranded in the capital city of Minna as the protesters occupied major roads.
Also in Akwa Ibom protesters defied early morning rain to barricade Ibom Plaza, forcing motorists to ply alternative routes.
