ActionAid appoints Jummai board chair

The ActionAid Nigeria (AAN) Board has appointed Dr. Jummai Umar-Ajijola as its new chairperson.

Jummai succeeds Prof. Patricia Donli, the outgoing board chair who has retired to join AAN General Assembly after serving for six years.

Jummai, until her appointment, was a member of the board.

With over 23 years working experience spanning the public and private sectors and Multilateral Development Organisations (MDOs), Jummai holds a PhD in Public Administration and Policy Analysis and is a Fellow of the United Nations University, Maastricht, Netherlands.
