Accreditation of delegates for the Senatorial primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has commenced at the township stadium in Birnin Kebbi.
Those contesting the Senatorial primaries are Senator Adamu Aliero, Kebbi Central, Senator Bala Na’Allah, Kebbi South and Senator Yahaya Abdullahi, Kebbi North.
Only Senator Na’Allah has no challenger. Both Senator Aliero and Senator Abdullahi have challengers.

Barrister Aminu Kabiru Shamaki is in contest with Aliero for the Kebbi Central senatorial seat while Rep. Hussaini Kangiwa is challenging Dr. Abdullahi for the Kebbi North Senatorial.
