Accreditation begins late in part of Cross River

As at 9am, in many parts of Calabar South LGA of Cross River State, officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) were yet to begin accreditation.

Many potential voters were seen walking about at polling booths.


The Resident Electoral Commissioners (REC) in Cross River State, Dr Sylvester Okey Ezeani, confirmed that sensitive materials had been distributed to all polling wards.



Meanwhile, young men have started playing football all over the deserted streets.
