Abuja Brick City gets FG’s approval

The Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola, expresses his willingness to work with Urban Shelter Ltd. to close the gap in the housing deficit in Abuja.
Inspecting  the Brick City, a project executed by Urban Shelter Ltd., located in Kubwa, yesterday, Fashola said he was satiesfied with the facilities in the estate.
He was taken on the inspection by the chief operating officer of the company, Mrs Saadiya Aminu, who said that Urban Shelter Ltd. was committed to providing affordable housing for Nigerians.
Mrs. Aminu listed lack of skills, non availability of raw materials and finance as some of the major challenges of the housing sector.
