Bauchi State Governor Mohammed Abubakar has sworn in care-taker committee chairmen for the 20 local government areas of the state.
The governor who was represented by his Deputy, Engineer Nuhu Gidado, advised the new council bosses to ensure accountability and prudent management of resources.
