Governor Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar of Bauchi State has sworn in Alhaji Mohammed Nadada Umar as the new Secretary to the Bauchi State Government (SSG).
The new SSG was sworn in at the Bauchi State Government House yesterday.
Umar was appointed late last week immediately after the governor dissolved his cabinet.
He replaced Alhaji Bello Shehu Illelah, the former SSG who was removed alongside the commissioners and other aides to the governor, with the exception of his adviser on Security, Brig. General Ladan Yusuf.
Speaking, the Chairman of the Bauchi Fertiliser Company, Bappah Alyu Misau commended Governor Mohammed Abubakar for appointing the new SSG from Bauchi Central Senatorial Zone.
