Nigeria Premier League debutants; Abia Warriors Football Club of Umuahia have unveiled former Flying Eagles Coach; Ladan Bosso as the club’s new Technical Adviser.
Chairman of the club, Chief Emeka Inyama said the club had always admired the technical quality of Bosso and was happy to have him at last.
While describing the coach as one of the best in the country, the chairman hoped he would bring his experience to bear and ensure that Abia Warriors create an impact in its debut Premier League Season.
He commended Governor T.A. Orji for approving the appointment of Bosso who led Bayelsa United to the 3rd position in last season’s Premier League, as Abia Warriors Technical Adviser and promised that the team will not disappoint him and their teeming supporters adding that his contract is laden with lots of incentives in order to motivate the coach to greater performance.
Speaking to the fans after his unveiling, Coach Ladan Bosso said he came to Umuahia to achieve success, adding that he was happy to be part of Abia Warriors FC despite qualifying Bayelsa United for the African Confederations cup.
