“We have been following Ishaq for quite a while and we are very happy that we can add him to the group now.

“Ishaq has a lot of physical qualities; he is fast, agile, has volume, and plays with aggressiveness,” the club added.

In a chat with Daily Trust, the 20-year old striker said he was happy with the big move to one of the biggest clubs in European football.

“I will miss the environment at Norrkoping. But in football, changes like this happen. I will never forget the fans and management for their love and support.

“I am now focusing on my new club and the challenge ahead of me. My immediate target is to prove my worth. Anderlecht is a very big club with a big history. Trusting me is a big task that I can’t take for granted.

“I want to tell the fans that I am here to win and I promise to bring happiness to their faces. And to my fans all over the world, I say big thank you for the show of love,” he said.

Abdularazaq started his playing career in Hayin Banki Kaduna before moving to Unity Academy from where he moved to IFK Norrkoping of Sweden.
