Abducted victims of Kagara market attack regain freedom 3 months after

The abducted traders in the Kagara market, Rafi Local Government Area of Niger State, have been released by the abductors after spending three months in captivity.

Bandits had attacked traders while returning from Kagara market on September 9, 2021, and kidnapped no fewer than 34 persons.

The Niger State Police Command Public Relations Officer, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, confirmed the release of the abductees.
