Four days after they were abducted by unknown gunmen along Omoku/Ahoada road in Rivers State, 14 Staff of Adex oil Service Company are yet to regain their freedom.
The oil workers, who were returning to Port Harcourt from Omoku were ambushed by gunmen along Omoku road and taken hostage to unknown destination.
Since their abduction last week Friday, nothing has been heard about them. Rivers State Police Command said yesterday that it is working had to free the abducted oil workers. Police Public Relation Officer, DSP Nnamdi Omoni said the Command has recovered the bus that was conveying the workers.
