Abducted nephew of former Emir Sanusi regains freedom

Aminu Musa Abdullahi, the abducted nephew of former Kano emir, Muhammadu Sanusi, has been released.

He was abducted along Abuja-Kaduna highway last week.

A source close to the former emir’s family, said Abdullahi, popularly known as Yaya Baba, has returned home after spending four days in captivity.

He returned home hale and hearty Sunday night, the source added.

It was not immediately clear if ransom was paid to secure his release.
