A former Bursar of the College of Education (COE), Katsina-Ala in Benue State, Mr. Godwin Yanbee Bosua, has been found dead after some unidentified persons allegedly abducted him at the weekend.
This is happening barely three days after some gunmen believed to be armed robbers/kidnappers shot and killed a lecturer, Teseer Akaa Gbue, also an Assistant Registrar of the same institution in the presence of his family and made away with his car.
Bosua’s lifeless body was discovered early morning yesterday in an orchard belonging to his private Nursery and Primary school close to the college premises where he had worked previously.
The deceased was said to have earlier strolled to his private school but did not return until a search party comprising his family members, friends and colleagues discovered his corpse a day later.
Family sources have disclosed that Bosua’s corpse had no sign of bullet wounds except bruises all over his body, indicating that he must have been severely tortured by his assailants.
Daily Trust reports that gunmen have continued to terrorize residents of Kastina Ala local government area and its environ for sometime now with the recent being the killing of 10 members of Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) at Abaji area of the town about one month ago
He said though Obasanjo had retired from the helm, he was still working silently for the country, and asked him seek forgiveness from God and to forgive every individual that had offended him.
