Abashe emerges APGA governorship candidate in Plateau

Mr Samuel Abashe has emerged as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Plateau State.

Abashe won the party’s ticket unopposed at the primary held at the APGA secretariat in Jos, the state capital.

The State Chairman of APGA, Danjuma Ibrahim, told the 177 party delegates that Abashe was the sole aspirant that picked the governorship nomination forms in Plateau.

The delegates unanimously affirmed Abashe as the party’s governorship flagbearer in the state through a voice vote.
