A tail with a happy ending! Wildebeest escapes the jaws of death

This is the moment a lucky wildebeest escaped the jaws of death after a crocodile bit down on his tail, but managed to battle free. Thousands of wildebeest had been crossing the Mara River between Tanzania and Kenya for their seasonal migration. However, for one of the animals, it looked as though he was going to meet a grisly end when an enormous crocodile jumped up from the water and grabbed hold of its tail (circle). However, a passing zebra proved a distraction for the crocodile, who then loosen his grip on the animal  and the wildebeest then managed to escape.
