Any thoughtful politician, who believes in democratic principles should not accommodate and pave way for sectionalism to evolve in his administration.
This is because, sectionalism, beyond doubt, yields nothing good to both the rulers and the ruled.
However, with all due respect, democratic principles and policies are honestly being violated especially in my dear state, Bauchi.
I wish, therefore, to appeal to those concerned and who have total control of political power in our dear state to please take heed and avoid anything to do with sectionalism. We should consider every individual as their citizen whether he voted for them or not.
This can be achieved by striving to ensure equal allocation and distribution of our abundant resources.
Let us join our hands together and say no to any sort of sectionalism.
