Pray/Meditate
Depending on your faith, thank your creator for allowing you see a new day. Stay still with a heart of gratefulness.
Don’t rush while doing this as there will be plenty of time during the day to be on the fast lane. This is why waking up early will give you enough time to stay still and meditate.
Meditate on the word of God, connect with God. You need the internal energy to be able to execute the day’s job. When you are energized from the inside, the day becomes easy to walk through.
Take a glass of water
A glass of water in the morning helps re-hydrate the body. The six to eight hours of recommended nightly sleep is a long period to go without any water consumption.
If you feel taking water on an empty stomach makes you feel uncomfortable, you can add a few drops of lime or lemon to give it some taste.
All you have to do is squeeze in lemon water into a bottle from which you can pour drops into your water every day.
Make your bed
Making your bed every morning is an act of discipline and responsibility.
If you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day.
It will give you a sense of pride, and will encourage you to do more tasks.
And by the end of the day, that one task completed will have turned into many tasks completed
