First Lady Aisha Buhari has shed more light on an Instagram post she made on Sunday.
The First Lady had posted a video of the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Sheikh Ali Isa Pantami, weeping during a sermon.
- Masquerade custodian, son, others remanded for killing Muslim worshiper in Osu
- APC group wants Benue, Nasarawa parley for border security
The minister burst into tears after his reciter read a verse of the Holy Quran.
The First Lady, who posted the video, attached a short Hausa sentence to it.
“A chire tsoro a yi abinda ya dace”, which can be interpreted as “Be courageous to do the right thing”.
But in another post on Tuesday, Aisha Buhari said her previous post was about the situation in Zamfara.
She attached two Hausa parables to the post.
“Tafsir na Malam kan tsoron Allah ba tsoron mutum ba!”, which can be translated as “Malam’s sermon is about fear of God, not man.”
In the second paragraph, the First Lady said, “Da aka cire tsoro da son kai aka shiga Jihar Zamfara, abubuwa sun fara kyau. Sai a dage a shiga sauran wurare da ke bukatan haka.”
This can be translated as “When fear and selfish were set aside and the security situation in Zamfara State is faced the squarely faced things are now falling into place. Let apply same tactic to others places in need of similar attention.”
