As action continues in the ongoing Nigeria Basketball Federation organised Men’s Premier Basketball League, the Head Coach of Police Batons of Lagos, Dike Dominic is confident of ‘arresting’ Raptors for the maximum points.
Less than 24 hours to their game set to hold at the Indoor Sports Hall of the Akure Township Stadium, Dominic said his team will go all out for victory.

“We will go all out and most especially concentrate on our defence and we are sure that the offense will come naturally.
“If we do the right thing with the calibre of players at our disposal, we are sure of getting our third win.
“I am very sure that we can still qualify for the final 8 in Lagos if we keep going at this pace,” he said.
Meanwhile, in yesterday’s matches in the Atlantic Conference, CAMAC stepped up big against marauding Rivers Hoopers but went down 73-58 points. Islanders stood their ground to defeat Ondo Raiders 52-48pts at home while Coal City Miners’ search for their first win continues after losing to Raptors 69-65pts.
In other matches lined up for today, Rivers Hoopers will battle Lagos Islanders, Coal City Miners will take on CAMAC before facing Kwara Falcons later in the day while the Ondo Raiders will hope to feast on Invaders of Ekiti.
In the Savannah Conference in Abuja, Customs will take on Reformers. City Chiefs will battle Nigeria Army while Kano Pillars will take on Defenders before the game between Gombe Bulls and Benue Braves
