The Rotary Club International has donated medical equipment worth millions of naira to the Taraba State government.
Presenting the items, which include family planning drugs and consumables, the National Coordinator, Rotary Club International, Professor Emmanuel Adedolapo, warned against the selling of the items.

Adedolapo, who was represented by Rotarian Esther Hassan, said that the equipment being donated should be given free of charge to the beneficiaries.
The organisation also indicated its readiness to provide more support, especially in the area of family planning.
The Commissioner for Health, Dr. Innocent Vakkai, said the items would go a long way to reduce maternal morbidity rates in the state.
