Polo Royals findings further reveal that the special IBB birthday celebration event has already been packaged into the forthcoming 2021 Minna Polo Tournament which was shifted from June for logistic reason, and which has now been confirmed to gallop-off September 7, 2021 in Minna.
Minna polo top shot who confirmed the build-up to Polo Royals, stated that when the fiesta gallops-off, participating teams would vie for top prizes in the high, medium and the Low-goal categories.
He explained that “the decision of setting aside a special day during our tournament for our Grand Patron to celebrate the milestone of his 80th birthday is well thought out, deserving and a token demonstration of our gratitude as members of the club and polo players in Niger State.”
“Yes we have been receiving enquiries since last month about the 2021 edition of our prime event, and we are working on it. Our pitch is in top shape and the location of our club at the IBB Sports Complex remains a tourist delight,” the official added.
