His image was removed shortly before Messi headed to PSG to seal a two-year contract.

Addressing journalists at Barcelona’s El Prat airport on Tuesday before his flight to Paris, Jorge, who doubles as the footballer’s agent, said his son is set to join the French side.

“Yes,” he said when asked if his son will sign the deal with PSG later in the day.
