Danladi Gyet Maude, the Kaduna traditional ruler, who was abducted in Nasarawa State, has regained freedom.
Daily Trust had reported how the monarch was abducted while visiting his farm around Panda in Nasarawa.
But a palace source told Daily Trust on Wednesday that the monarch was released around 9:30pm.

The source did not disclose if a ransom was paid.
The 83-year-old traditional ruler, who was released 48 hours after he was kidnapped, was seen with some of his subjects at his palace on Wednesday night.
Maude is one of the oldest traditional rulers in Kaduna.
