Women group makes case for widows, orphans in Kwali

A group, under the aegis of Jagbadna Women Association has called on the chairman of Kwali Area Council, Danladi Chiya, to give employment slots to widows and orphans in the area.

The chairperson of the group, Aisha Yamta Bukar, made the request while presenting an award of excellence to the council chairman on Sunday, in the area.

She said there are substantial numbers of widows and orphans across the council that have graduated but without a job.
