The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, Hakeem Odumosu, on Wednesday said he has tightened security around the metropolis over the decision of members of a secret cult group, Aiye confraternity, to mark July 7 day celebration.
The group had set aside July 7 of every year to mark it’s anniversary and carry out initiation ceremony on new members which is usually characterized by violence and killings.

The command also assured on massive deployment of officers to curtail cult-related activities and forestall breakdown of law and order in the state.
