Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, has said that the professional services of Ahmed Gulak’s chambers would still be retained by the Senate in the constitution review exercise.
Ahmed Gulak, a former presidential aide, had served as a consultant to the Senate Constitution review committee. He was killed in Owerri, Imo State after a public hearing on the constitution review.

Omo-Agege said the service rendered by Gulak’s chamber would be retained by his committee to cushion the effects of the loss on the family.
He spoke when he led a delegation of the National Assembly leadership on a condolence visit to Hajia Jemila Gulak, widow of the slain lawyer and APC chieftain.
