A former Director of Administration, Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), Abdulazeez Mohammed Badisha, has called for the establishment of an anti-graft service commission.
He said the proposed commission will cater for all anti-graft agencies as applicable with the National Assembly Service Commission, Federal Civil Service Commission and Federal Judicial Service Commission.

Badisha, who made the call while making a presentation at the just-concluded Senate Committee on Constitutional Review at the zonal hearing in Kaduna, also proposed the CCT/CCB Acts amendment.
“The amended constitution shall empower the new Anti-Graft Service Commission with the powers to recommend for appointment and discipline and receive applications from eligible Nigerians for appointment as chairmen or members of the anti-graft agencies and send its recommendation and selection to the president for necessary action,” he said.
