The United States Ambassador to Nigeria, Mary Leonard, has reiterated the commitment of the US government to helping Nigeria in its effort to address the security challenges bedevilling the country.
The ambassador spoke on Wednesday when Kebbi State Governor, Atiku Bagudu received her in audience in Birnin Kebbi.

Leonard said that apart from security, her country was also concerned about education.
She lamented the setback suffered globally in the area of doing business and investment as a result of the outbreak of COVID-19.
She said the US government had increased resources in its trade and investment hub in order to bridge the gap created by the pandemic.
In his response, Governor Bagudu called for further collaboration between the two countries in the area of agriculture, infrastructure and economy of his state.
