The Oluwo of Iwoland in Osun State, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, will today hold a summit between herders and farmers in his domain.
The summit, expected to be attended by traditional rulers, chiefs, Fulani, farmers and other stakeholders, would hold at the Oluwo’s Palace Square.

According to the monarch, the summit is to discuss lasting solutions to herders-farmers clashes and ensure harmonious relationship among them.
Oluwo’s spokesman, Alli Ibraheem, said the summit would be chaired by the state’s Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Security, Adewole Adedayo.
