Taking some credible actions in banning open grazing

The decision to ban open grazing reserve call for a serious attention. What are the alternative means for these cattle herdsmen who do contribute economic and food values to the community and country at large in the situation they find themselves?

Are all the Fulani herdsmen dangerous in this present generations of ours? There must be an adequate alternative to livestock production. Some alternatives include development of grazing reserves, pasture management, extension services, new technology of production of livestock.
