The Osun Executive Council on Tuesday approved Food Support Scheme for vulnerable persons in the state.
The council took the decision at its weekly meeting.

Gboyega Oyetola’s spokesman, Ismail Omidipan, in a statement, said the scheme would be targeting 30,000 poor and vulnerable citizens of the state starting from March 2021 to November 2022.
He said persons with special needs in all the local government areas of the state would benefit from the scheme.
He the poor and the vulnerable persons in various churches would be reached through the Christian Association of Nigeria.
He said the ones in the mosques would get theirs through the various Muslim communities. (NAN)
