Three persons were shot dead at Ibaa, Emohua Local Govnment Area of Rivers State by gunmen suspected to be members of the Ibaa Security Planning and Advisory Committee (ISPAC).
Sources from the community told our reporter that some members of the disbanded ISPAC in the local government area had invaded the community at the weekend and shot three persons dead.

The Chairman of Emouha local government area, Tom Aliezi, early this year disbanded the activities of ISPAC, a security out in the state in the LGA because of its notorious activities.
A community source told our reporter that the three persons were killed by ISPAC, adding that over three other persons have been missing since the incident.
The source called on the state government to intervene in the matter, noting that the community might not be able to resettle, if another round of crisis erupts in Ibaa.
“As it stands now, youths of the community are living in fear. These ISPAC boys that have been banned to operate came into the community last week and killed over three boys.
“They killed Mr. Henry Madume and Mr. Diamond and four others. As it is now there is fear in the community.
“If government does not intervene now, there will be another round of crisis in the community. Even the security people in the community have been compromised. We don’t have confidence in them,” the source said.
Secretary of ISPAC in Ibaa, Aleru Livingstone, has denied involvement in the development, adding that it was a cult war.
Livingstone said what happened in Ibaa was a cult clash, saying that the killing was carried out by a new cult group in the area called Bad Marlians.
When contacted, the Rivers State Police Command Public Relation Officer, SP Nnamdi Omoni, said that he is yet to be briefed about the incident.
