Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has dissolved the State Executive Council ahead of his second term inauguration which comes up next week Wednesday, 24th February 2021.
Governor Akeredolu announced the dissolution on Thursday during a valedictory executive meeting at the governor’s office, Alagbaka.

The governor thanked the outgoing cabinet members for their support in the last four years.
He said the cabinet members were very supportive in the period they served.
Governor Akeredolu said they had worked together as one and the interest of the state had remained paramount throughout their service to the state.
He appreciated them for their dedication to duty and wish them well in their future endeavours.
In their valedictory speeches, the Special Assistant to the governor on Rural and Community Development, Mr Kolawole Babatunde and the commissioner for Women Affairs and social development, Mrs Titi Adeyemi, described Governor Akeredolu as a rare leader who strongly believes in people-oriented projects.
