A 34-year old man, Sunday Daniel, who the police described as a “notorious receiver of stolen exotic cars” has been arrested in Delta State.
Ten number plates were recovered from the suspect’s hideout at number 38 Baptist Street, Agbarho, in Delta State.

Delta State Commissioner of Police (C), Ari Mohammed Ali, in a statement, said the arrest was connected to a case of a stolen Toyota Corolla with Registration EPE 359 GP.
The CP said the car was stolen from the premises of one Ogbudu Best Akpovire of No 34 Eridi Street, Agbarho, on December 29, 2020.
The CP said, “Other items recovered are fake army identity cards, four fake army stamps and pad, a pair of army boots, army cap and singlet and 12 wristwatches. The case is under investigation.”
