Veteran journalist, Kalejaye passes on

A former journalist, Accountant and international businessman, Dr Olabode Thompson Mobolaji Kalejaye has died.

The 64 year old patriot was a Member of the Board of Directors of the (now-defunct) NAL Merchant Bank, and a Member of Economic and Security Advisory Team for the Federal Government of Nigeria and he acted continuously in various advisory roles not only at the Federal level but also with many State Governments.
He had worked both at Punch Newspapers and Concord Press while he pursued his professional studies in accountancy before traveling to England in 1981 for further study.
He set up his own consultancy business presently under the umbrella of Harvest Investments Company Ltd in 1987.
His wife who he spent 35 years with, Olabisi, three children, grandchildren and other family members survived him.
