Rochas Foundation has announced the award of 655 university scholarships to African students into the Eastern Palm University, Ogboko, Imo State.
The president and founder of Rochas Foundation, Senator Rochas Okorocha, made the announcement at the 3rd matriculation ceremony of the university.
This is even as he named an ex-President of Liberia, Mrs Sirleaf Johnson, as the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman Governing Council of the university.

Quoted in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Sam Onwuemeodo, the former governor said the scholarships were not for indolent students.
He said the distribution of the scholarship was within Nigeria and African countries.
