Give S’East chance to produce president in 2023 – Bishop Alawode

For equity, justice and fairness, the Bishop in charge of Maranatha Chapel International Churches in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, Reverend Olumakinde Alawode, on Sunday, appealed to Nigerians to allow the south eastern part of the country to produce the next president in 2023.

The clergy also urged Nigerians to collectively elect leaders that would be creative, revolutionary, courageous and unstained.

Alawode made the submissions in a 12-point communique he issued to commemorate the 12th anniversary of his consecration and episcopal ordination as a charismatic Pentecostal bishop of the denomination, held at the international headquarters of the church at Abayomi, Iwo Road, Ibadan.
